The entire staff was great. Very professional and caring. They went the extra mile to reassure my cat that she was in good hands and safe there. They are prepared for any thing that comes their way as was evidenced by their reaction when my cat escaped from her carrier into the parking lot. They all sprang into action = dashing into the parking lots and were able to reclaim my cat for me due to their diligence and team work. That is truly going the extra mile for customer satisfaction.
