We came in after our 6mo. puppy decided to add a bees nest to her walk route and all other Animal Hospitals in the area were double booked because Mondays are so busy. Who knew? From the receptionist to the vet to the tech, every staff person was super sweet to both us and the pup. After a morning like that, it was reassuring and calming to have the staff appear genuinely concerned our pup; they paid her attention with calming pets and hugs and she fed off their energy. No one treated us like a nuisance for coming in unscheduled, or made us feel silly for being worried. The vet was wonderful in her explanations of our options and gave us the choices without being dramatic or pushy. We will be moving our routine visits here, thanks for making a worrisome Monday so much better!
